Invitación al Encuentro Comunitario.

Queridos vecinos,

La Mesa Directiva de Plaza del Mar Sección Arcos los invita a un encuentro especial para conocernos mejor, compartirles lo que hemos estado haciendo y escuchar sus ideas para seguir mejorando nuestra comunidad.

Fecha: 23 de agosto de 2025.
Hora: 11:00 a.m.
Lugar: Área de la alberca.

En esta reunión:

· Les contaremos sobre las actividades y logros recientes de la Mesa Directiva.

· Presentaremos los proyectos que vienen para nuestra comunidad.

· Nos acompañará el nuevo abogado de la Asociación Civil para resolver dudas legales relacionadas con la Asociación.

· Tendremos un momento para convivir y disfrutar juntos de comida y refrescos.

· Si gustas, puedes traer algo de comer para compartir, no se usará dinero de las cuotas de mantenimiento, todo es por cooperación voluntaria de la comunidad.

Queremos que sea un espacio de diálogo y compañerismo, porque una comunidad unida es una comunidad fuerte.

Invitation to the Community Meeting.

Dear neighbors,

The Board of Directors of Plaza del Mar Seccion Arcos invites you to a special meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know each other better, share what we have been doing, and hear your ideas for improving our community.

Date: August 23, 2025.

Time: 11:00 a.m.

Location: Pool area.

During this get-together:

· We will inform you about the Board's recent activities and achievements.

· We will present upcoming community projects.

· We will be joined by the new lawyer for the Civil Association, who will answer legal questions related to the Association.

· We will also have an opportunity to socialize and enjoy food and refreshments together.

· If you like, you can bring something to eat to share. No money from maintenance fees will be used; everything is based on voluntary cooperation from the community.

We want this to be a space for dialogue and friendship, because a united community is a strong community.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Summer Potluck July 12th!

Arcos Community don't forget to mark your calendars for Saturday, July 12! It is the day our new Board of Directors is hosting our "Summer Potluck."

It's a perfect opportunity to connect with your neighbors and enjoy a delightful array of homemade dishes. Whether you're bringing a classic family recipe or trying out a new culinary creation, everyone is sure to appreciate your contribution. Don’t forget to bring your own utensils and a blanket or chair for comfortable seating by the pool.

This gathering is not just about food and fun; it's also a chance to engage with the community. Our guest speaker, Arturo Hernandez, will address some important topics that have been on the minds of many residents. This is a wonderful occasion to learn about the current concerns, discuss future goals, and understand why the new board was elected.

We hope to see you there for a day filled with good food, great company, and insightful discussions!
